I have 15 years of experience in tech industry, including 8 years as a software engineer and another 7 as a manager. For the last 2.5 years I’ve been working as a senior manager, having engineering managers reporting to me.
I’ve been working in a number of domains including fintech, travel, and adtech. I see myself primarily as a product-oriented manager, however I also have experience in areas like developer experience and SRE.
I worked in companies ranging from 5 to 10,000 employees. I am familiar with both startup and corporate working culture. My leadership experience helps me to adjust my management style depending on the need of the team and the company.
I have an extensive experience in team building. Over the years I hired tens of engineers and managers, after interviewing hundreds of candidates. I built and led a number of teams, both in-office and remote.
I still have very strong technical knowledge and I support engineering teams and managers in making critical technical decisions.

Currently I work at Booking.com as a Senior Engineering Manager, where I am a manager of managers. I am based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
I am looking for a leadership position that will allow me to grow and expand my skills. I am primarily interested in big tech companies, and roles like Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, or Director of Engineering. I will also consider roles like VP of Engineering or CTO in smaller, promising companies.
Currently I am open to both hybrid and remote positions that will allow me to work from The Netherlands. Starting in 2026 I’m open to relocate to places like London, UK or Zurich, Switzerland.
At some point in my career I would like to work in US for a few years, hence I will primarily consider American companies that could offer me an internal transfer in a few years.
